Are we even allowed to post pictures? Because apparently, the site won't let me. It just says "Sorry, but the attachment quota has been reached." instead.

Use Imgur it's better then using the forum feature.

Don't bother, just use imgur to upload images.

It doesn't matter. You should upload your image online and then copy the Direct Link here between two image tags

Step 1: Go to imgur.
Step 2: Press upload image, and choose your file.
Step 3: Copy the Direct Link.
Step 4: Paste the image between two img tags.

The error means that the space set aside for board attachments has been used up by the attachments that have already been uploaded. I don't know if I'm going to increase the amount of available attachment space, so for now please just use a service like Imgur. Sorry for the inconvenience.
