Did you for some reason change the file type from .lvl to something else, or do you have any custom music files? If so please say what format they are

This warning appears when you trying to launch testing in PGE Engine and you have old video card or you have not installed video drivers. Your file is fine, you may not know, but F5 key was changed by Kevsoft into F8 as file reloading, now F5 is a run level testing key. This warning means that your video card/driver doesn't supports OpenGL 3.x - Hardware accelerated API used by PGE Engine. (OpenGL 1/2.x would work), therefore I working to implement compatibility layer to allow running older OpenGL versions and even on older video cards. On modern videocards OpenGL 3.x will be used, but on fail of OpenGL 3.x I will load OpenGL 2.
