SMBX 1.3

I have 2 questions:

1. Has anyone ever had a problem with a buggy version of SMBX 1.3?

2. Does anyone know of a best/reliable download link of SMBX 1.3? I'm having a few issues with building big levels and I'm also having trouble with custom music (another thread), so I wanted to try things I haven't yet.

Any help is appreciated, thanks much in advance

And as far as I know, SMBX hasn't been too buggy. What exactly is the problem?

One of the problems i just fixed by looking at another thread, it was about mario 3 backgrounds having a block limit and getting glitchy the higher you go.

The second one is still persisting, and all of the proposed solutions for it have already been done, I'm not sure what else to try. Thread on it is already here:

I just wanted to try reinstalling SMBX just to see if anything happens? I'm fairly new to using the editor myself, but I've been playing it for about a year.
