HTML is mainly for making the site's structure. Upon having this "sketch" you go ahead and add detail and style to it with CSS. That's why CSS exists, Cascading Style Sheets.

Is it possible to have a custom loading page for each level? (I am talking about every single level in an episode) I was wanting to try a brief description on a loading page for each level but that would probably need an "ok" button as levels don't take long to load so I doubt it's possible but I was wondering. Thanks.

That's completely unrelated to episode launcher pages. What you're looking for is custom loading screens, which are not possible as of SMBX2 Beta 3.

We've really come a long way from the simple level and map editors. Now we can even create a title page for our episodes.
