There isn't much to say about this level. Most of the ground portion was pretty empty. Too little sceneries and enemies. The under water portion was better made. It felt more complete. I liked the coin placement of the level. Overall, it was a really easy short level. I recommend to add more NPCs and backgrounds to your level. Also, your music file is glitched and plays twice the speed.

Actually the music file plays normally in SMBX v.1.3.0.1. It only plays fast with LunaLua.

Good job with the update. The sceneries makes the level look a lot better. I noticed in the underwater section there was just one block that was off.

Official Review of Oceanside Meadow by PaperMario64

The level starts in sort-of lake section. It is very linear, but it has nice use of decoration, coins and musical blocks. Going to the underwater sections, the design was pretty well made there, like activating the block to get to the other sections. The aesthetics were really good, I really liked the underwater music and the use of jellyfish and other emenies. Besides one title that it wasn't fixed, I still kinda liked it. The last section goes back to the lake section, which has the same use of music blocks, what it did in the first section and some good decoration with NPC placements, then there's the goal warp, which means the level's over.

This level was somewhat good for World 1 typed. All of these sections were linear (except probably section 3), but they were really well done. The aesthetics, like music and decoration and the design are the ones I really enjoy them much. There was some creativity effort here, but not that much of it. It's shame that it ended shortly than I was expected, but because of effort, I'll give it a fair score.

Design: 6/10
Creativity: 5/10
Aesthetics: 7/10
Total: 18/30 -> 6/10
