Wait how you can make the upside-down volcano lotus?

This level uses a very old version of a custom volcano lotus api I made. The resent one allows for things like this:
I've already included that one to 2.0 so it should be part of the next update.

Looking the screens, I see that is a beautiful tilest, but this don't fit with the level.
I sugest you make a recolor

What does not fit with the level? I thought everything looked very nice together.

No, is very notable and odd the differents pallets, believe this don't fit.
But if you recolor some bgos and npcs, with similar color of the tilest, it will fit better.

It looks nice like it is right now, a recolour would ruin the palette and make everything look INCREDIBLY weird.

oh man i playtested this level and WOW it is really really good. I recommend you all play it. I really like the new volcano lotuses.

Yeah. It's not meant to emulate any old color limitations or such, + I did try to be consistent with the graphics I used. Mostly smw enemies combined with the colors taken from the tileset and having background be a variation of it to set it apart. I recommend you play the level to see how it works first, and not only look at the screenshots which may have the colors a bit wrong too.

I'm doing a video of it now. Hopefully I'll have it uploaded tonight. This level is a lot harder than I expected and the bossfight is hell. I really hope this level does well in CC12.

Thank you. I would have recorded a video of this too, but my computer is not really good enough to have the frame rate stay high.

I may be wrong, but IMO the Twomp is weird

The zero-dithering NPCs are a bit weird with the super-dithered tileset, but that's okay because the level itself looks like it plays very well. I may write a review on this, we'll see.

Yeah. I also know that the bg may flash slightly on some oblder monitors due to the dithering.
