《Description》
First publicly released level in the SMBX Engine.
9 screens in 3 areas of difficult platforming; the difficulty is intentional, but yes, it just happened to be extremely difficult for most of the SMBX community. That's why I tried to implement the Easy-mode. (revision: would be Normal-mode)
Also there is a boss.
You are not intended to beat this level in one sitting. An idea was that you would be able to beat the segments second-try faster than the first try. For example, 3-2 takes some time to figure out; but on later playthroughs, it can be beaten faster with learning. If you can't beat a segment, come back later.
I like precision-based difficulty more than the learning-based difficulty i.e. 'easiest level', as in you have to memorize most of the level design and mostly encounter essentially one hit kills for not remembering a part of the level.
《EasyMode》
In the first section, there should be a door that leads to a block. Press it to toggle easy-mode.
With it, you can save anywhere.
Revision: Easy-mode would be renamed Normal-mode and without it would be Challenge-mode, but I won't update the level. Having experience with all of the saves can make Challenge-mode more pleasant than a blind playthrough.
