You can post levels in this forum category (Level Forum) but make sure to follow the rules over there. You also can post your own projects which can be posted right here (Project Forum) or if you have a completly finished SMBX Episode, post it here (Episodes Forum) but yet again, rules to follow.

But the question you asked if you can make levels with it should be already solved, if you would have googled smbx or watched a tutorial on youtube. After all it is an level editor.

Do you know how you extend your section boundaries? Do you know how to use warp pipes/doors?

If "assembled level" means all of those sections in one, Use the PGE editor and copy/paste the other sections and then extend the boundaries.

If it's just warp pipes etc. then find out how to make warp pipes.

Edit: I don't have much time explaining some things, so i'm sorry if i'm too unclear.

Alper0022, PGE Editor with copy/paste also has accurate inter-file section clonning ability. To do that in the menu:
Edit -> Section modify -> Clone section

OK, posting a level is actually quite simple when you get the hang of it. I'll walk you through the steps on how to do it.

1. First of all, gather the level file itself, custom music files used in the level and any folder that bears the same name of the level in one location.
2. Select all of these items and create a .ZIP file named after the level itself (right-click and send it to "Compressed (zipped folder)".
3. Go to a file-hosting site such as Mediafire or Dropbox (don't use Sendspace because it's slow and files are deleted after a month) and follow the instructions there to upload the .ZIP file that you created.
4. Wait for it to upload, and as soon as it's finished uploading, a download link will be created. Copy it over to the level that you are posting.

And don't forget to include screenshots when you post levels.

2.1 It doesn't have to be a zip, it can also be a rar file.

3.1. Thats not why you shouldn't use it, sendspace in overall is banned here. The announcement can be found in the archives.

You can't delete sections, you can just delete all of the elements from them and if you want to cut and paste them to somewhere else.

This is PGE which you can find it here and it's definetly worth a shot to use since there are functions that SMBX's legacy editor can't do but it's testing functions is still on work though.

There's no way you can delete a section in one click in SMBX's legacy editor so you have to manually delete every objects and resize it so it's back to being empty.

Click Level Settings, click the button that says "Right," and scroll to the right until you have the boundaries you want.

Well, you asked for the sidescrolling in smbx. So he obviously talks about smbx.
