What is this stuff I see? A volcano kind of tileset that's based on the grassland and underground tileset and a world map kind, new NPCs, that include fire and ice flowers, new kinds of those birds that replace Bullet Bills, POW block that says "TIME" and other stuff. And I like how you called this version of this pack "hot butt edition" I thought that name was kind of a bit making me laugh when I saw that there was an update in the graphics forum! xD

I think not because there's probably an idea of using the desert tileset for beach kind of levels as sand and the water BGO to make a beach kind of level and I'm not sure what could be a good tileset to use for underwater levels... But I'm not sure on your opinion on that if he'll make a beach or underwater tileset...

The new stuff looks awesome, so that's what you've been doing on your absence? Pretty cool. By the way, are you planing to make world map tiles of the lava cave tileset? That'd be pretty cool too.

Looking forward to more stuff from you.

Uh, he just made them, check in the the world map folder.

EDIT:I was wrong, you can easily put in your world map folder without any issues. Sorry.

Uh, he just made them, check in the the world map folder. The volcano tileset aren't along with the main world map tileset, so if you want to use them, you need to delete something.
Oh, ok, thanks for letting me know.

would you be fine if i would make the tiles useable for MFGG/Gamemaker (16x16 grid based tileset in .png) and put it on mfgg ? (i would give you credit and put the topic in in description.)

You should add patches for previous versions so we don't have to redownload the pack. Otherwise, the new content looks great!

It's always fun to see, how you mention all the new content on the screens, so i am glad you like it that much. Thank you ^^.

I am happy to provide my ideas as graphics. I recently saw some people say something like "too bad there isn't any volcanic-tileset in SMB2", so i just made one, so this graphical hole is filled now :-).
zlakerboy357 wrote:The lava tileset looks amazing man! Will ya make a underwater/beach tileset next?
Thank you :-D. I don't think that i will make any underwater-tilesets, as i like to keep the way SMB2 plays (no underwater or switch palaces foe example). But i could consider the beach-tileset. But i couldn't do a worldmap-based tileset of it then, because of lacking free space.

Thanks for your comment :-). To be honest, this wasn't what i did in my absent time, because i still work on my "Expanded SMB1 Tilesets Pack", which will take some more time. These GFX were done every here and there, when i feld like doing it, beside working on my CC8-entry. I will be happy to release more GFX in the future 8-D.
Lunasa wrote:These new GFX are hot! Get it?
Got it :-P! But compared to any Bishoujo's looking, this is just refrigerator-stuff, i guess xD.

Thank you :-). I don't know if i will make another update, but who knows. It depends on how much more ideas i get over the time.

I would totally fine with that. Go ahead and have fun ^^. Also thank you for your interest :-).

I don't think this is really needed, as the actual version did change the order of some stuff, as well as downloading about 5MB dosn't need more than about 3 seconds to 12 seconds, but in any case of much bigger files, you are right. It would take unnecessary long time to rearrange an patch, and also upload two files for that.
Also thanks to everyone who downloads this pack (or has already downloaded it) ^_^

Rage quitter, this is off topic but what other bands besides Crown the Empire you like? I'm not exactly a CTE fan tbh.

Thanks. I hope it turns out to be useful for you :-).

Also, there will probably another update within the next months, because i need to fix up some other things, but it isn't decided when i do that. Also will it contain a small content-addition then.

Even though you say this is the final version, may I suggest some things?

-A fully expanded SMB2 cloud tileset
-A fully expanded sky palace tileset
-Fully expanded lava (including slopes, upside down lava, etc.)
-Some volcano enemies (stuff recolored red, a fire thingy replacing Spark, etc.)
-Some cloud enemies (stuff recolored white like a cloud, etc.)
-A podoboo

Otherwise, this is a fantastic pack. I'm really considering making a SMB2-styled episode as these graphics, holy hell, they are inspiring!
