Hi folks. I just discovered SMBX a couple of weeks ago and have been totally hooked. I just thought I'd post a link to my first ongoing project, which I've dubbed The Endless Self-Tutorial, for your enjoyment. I'll be hacking away at adding levels and complexity until I finally come across an idea that makes me want to make a complete game out of it all. Until then, stay tuned, and enjoy.

View on GitHub or download a .zip of the current version, which contains three levels (a forest, a ghost house, and an icy mountain).
Screenshots are posted here.

Thanks for producing something so darned fun.

Moved to Projects since it has multiple level files and a world file.

This looks pretty good for a first project, though there's some cutoff in some levels. I'd advise using some custom graphics to fix that.

Bump-date: This project now has seven playable levels, and I'm branching out into doing some custom stuff. Some of the custom graphics need a little work (I need to black-out some bits that should be transparent) but that's for another update.

Bump-date: Lots of new levels have been added. I think I'm moving toward something consistent with some of the secret exits leading to stars and others leading to a warp system around the world map. More to come as the ideas keep flowing.
