How do you use the view online feature?

You click on it.

This feature can only be used to edit levels together, it is full of bugs if you try to play a level with someone.

He's not talking about the feature on SMBX where you can make levels together, he's talking about the View Online feature on the forum where you can view what people are doing on the forum.
