Can I take the punishment that Roindpiplup's poll states. If you remove all of the co-judges from my reviews from this contest to, that would also be nice.

The way I see it, you got two contests to redeem yourself. I think depending on how Snow contest and Funky Fresh go with you judging, we can go back to the subject.

You currently know what's wrong and what to change, so I think a final warning should be fair enough. We can go back to this topic after either of the two contests to see what the public thinks.

As far as scores, what's posted is final and I'm not altering anything.

Too close of a difference. Also I'm sticking with my calculated average, but it's too close to have a determined winner. I have no time to deal with a tie breaker, so it's staying as a tie.

Maze Cave by TheDinoKing432

I like the smw characters for Mario and Luigi. The option for an easy mode is nice, but I feel like the way you had that could’ve been better. Instead of having it at the start of the level, maybe have it before you even start the level possibly? I’m assuming this is part of an episode, so there’s my suggestion for it. Anyway I’m not the biggest fan of the leaps of faith you have to make, and I definitely believe you shouldn’t have a large stock of powerups all next to each other in the first section. It’s too difficult to get to anyway. There were a lot of issues with NPC placement too. You shouldn’t have blaargs above the lava. Furthermore using the rainbow shell in the lava is also too difficult.The chucks run too quickly, and overall the level wasn’t much of a maze at all. It’s a messy entry, so I hope the creator will do better next time.

There's a few things I disagree in your review:
- The leap of faith was deliberate, so the player falls into the cave.
- The powerups in the first section is meant to be impossible to get.
- There were no blaargs above lava (unless you're talking about that glitch when you use the time switch).
- You were suppose to use the skull raft instead of the rainbow shell (the rainbow shell was an alternate way of going past the lava).

Overall, I agree that the level has some issues (the NPC placement, the chuck running too quickly, the time switch powerup) , but it was an old level.
I also hope that I do better in the next contest.

Again if you need to correct players on how they should play your levels on here then you're not doing something right in your level.

But if you need to tell me these things then that's even more design to fix in the level itself. And yes if you see the blarg's body before it jumps at you, then you need to fix that.

well if you weren't supposed to use them in the level, then you shouldn't have put them there in the first place. Never assume that the player can read your mind when playing a level. It never works out.
