I don't think that this is sandy.
I think more of a new SMW level in the choclate plains (world 6).
But it is a ok SMW level.
It can be from SMW. (It isn't from SMW, but it kood be.)

Oh man a review from ME??!?!?!
REVIEW OF (NOT) SANDY MOUNTAINS BY IZTURO MASHIRO
FLYING OVER THE WHOLE LEVEL
This level is easy, but not because it is designed to be an easy world one level, it's easy because you can just fly over the entire level with the flamethrower propeller block and it feels like cheating. Because of the fact that this level can be beaten with a repeating pattern of pressing buttons for 2 minutes, it's not very fun and it's a chore to get through. But also, if you removed the propeller block the level itself isn't all that fun anyway, as the NPC placement is a bit spammy.
ATMOSPHERE IS OKAY
This is really just me trying to find something positive in this level, I've played it like 4 times and i'm still struggling to find anything else that's positive.
