Sections on SMBX Forums.

This isn't really help in support, but I didn't know where else to put this because there's no place to put "Suggestions" on this forum. Not only that, but why can't there be an "Intros" section so I don't have to hunt down intros in the "Episodes" or "Projects" sections on this forum? Why can't there be a music section for music we use in SMBX games? But no! Instead, make way for the "Roleplaying and Fanfiction" sections. Oh, and we can't forget about the "Art" section. Because we GOTTA have those on this website.

I'm not really mad, but this forum website could seriously be organized better. So instead people just post stuff in the incorrect sections on this website, and get banned for it because there's no other place to put their posts.

also, we don't need more redundant shit for this forum. easily you could just make a thread in the "general" section of SMBX called "post your SMBX intros" and "post the music you use in SMBX".

1. Just post intro levels in the casual section. They don't really need one bc they not even real levels just simple replacements. And no one really does them anyway.

3. Yeah there are people who actually make Art so why not have a place for them to share it and get some comments? I mean nobody is forcing you to look at it.

So since we cleared up ur points in 1 and 2 i answered some questions from you. Plus why would you even hunt down intros in the Episodes or Project subforum anyway lol.

I suggest you read a bit more carefully next time. You could have posted this in SuperMarioBrosX.org where it specifically says, "Suggest anything that you would like to see on the site here". So yes, there is a place for suggestions on this forum. There isn't an Intros section because not enough people make them and it would be a waste of space. Is it really that hard to download an episode if you REALLY want to find one? There's also not enough people who really want intros so bad that it needs its own forum. Also, the Art Board specifically says, "This is the place to post anything artistic that you've made, like drawings and music". That is the spot to post music and many people do. There's also no reason to get angry about an "Art" section, because it is highly used, especially for WIP graphics.
If you didn't feel like reading any of that--there's clearly advertised places for music and suggestions. The forum is perfectly well organized, too many random subforums that don't get used like an Intros forum would be messy and pointless.

That's another problem! You need evidence that proves that your intro (or whatever) exists. But anybody could just send a link to any video they want that has SMBX in it, and the admins of the board will look the other way.

Explain to me why we need an "Art" section anyways? There's a reason DeviantArt was invented. There's also FanFiction.net for Fanfiction and there's PLENTY of other websites for RolePlaying. Don't even TELL me that these stupid sections are less of a waste of space than an "intro" section would be!

That is completely untrue. Moderators of the forums work very hard to moderate what is being posted and making sure it is relevant. You can also just do a search in General for intro and you get 72 results: http://www.smbxgame.com/forums/s ... %5B0%5D=69

These sections are created for Art and FanFic/Roleplaying related to the Mario universe/SMBX. It's a more centered view. It's also not a waste of space. The Art forum is used frequently for WIP Graphics and other items. If you look on the SuperMarioBrosX.org page there is also very little there about suggestions. As Kep said, there's no need for an intros forum, if you care so much about it create a topic in General titled "Post You SMBX Intros Here".

I said 80 billion as an exaggeration. If you can't understand that then you're pretty much as oblivious as you think I am! My point is that there shouldn't be a disorganized clutter of a "General" section on this website. Just because the admins are too lazy to organize their junk. I get what you're saying. But I shouldn't have to be going on an internet scavenger hunt just to find what I'm looking for.

Maybe if you went back and read it you could stop being such a pain in the butt. The General section isn't disorganized really. There's only really contests and a few other active topics. The admins aren't lazy; they just don't have anything they need to do about it. You could do a search as I suggested above that you could have read if you weren't so lazy, that gives you 72 results for the search "intro". Or as I suggested and I'll say it again, make a topic about "Post Your Intros Here" and you'll likely get some hits.

But you're probably the only fucking person who wants a section dedicated to intros and SMBX music. They're completely useless. Why would you want either of those? They would have hardly any activity and there would be about 3 threads posted in each section per month.
