This was going to be the Castlevania-like episode I was going to work on after Cirno the Fairy. It was going to be called "Castle of Devil Naruto"

Just like the Cirno episode, this was going to be yet another stupid weeaboo shit episode full of anime chicks. This one is even MORE incomplete, lacking the ending and even the final boss's second form! I will never be able to draw sprites and nobody's going to make anime characters for me, so this project is another doomed effort, but I'm posting it anyway so you can see the level design.

This episode requires LunaLua to play, and I want to apologize to the awesome people at Codehaus for bothering them. Those geniuses did all the work with the LUA code that handles the secondary weapons system this episode uses, and if anyone deserves praise, it's them.

Link was supposed to be re-skinned into the badass ninja boy in blue I had in my previous profile pic. That would have been playable me.

The enemies were supposed to be the modern anime character archetypes that I absolutely despise, including but not limited to the tsundere female protagonist, the harem-seeking male protagonist, murderous aquatic nymphs in skimpy bikinis (representing gratuitious fanservice), ax-crazy blood-knight yanderes, cute medusas bouncing on their own huge boobs, loli succubi who fucked with their own big brothers... basically any and all archetypes used in harem anime for the purposes of causing shipping wars and romantic comedy.

YES! Blood in a SMBX episode! Lots of it, in fact! Including sound effects of blades piercing flesh!

Yes, that one in the painting is the Demon Fox King Naruto, the game's main antagonist, being a narcissistic fuck. And yes, that on the platform is Kirino from Oreimo.



YES! Sakura Fucking Haruno as a boss!

And yes, my waifu (Hinata Hyuga) is dead in this game. She was murdered by a mob of rabid NaruSasu shippers, triggering all of the events of the episode.

That Hammer Bro was going to be changed into a yandere but... you guessed it! No sprites!



If you're wondering why Ink Solvent is a weapon, they're anime characters, which means they've been DRAWN! That was the joke.

Naru Narusegawa from Love Hina would have been the secondary antagonist, since it was her anime that started this horrible trend. Again, no sprites of her.



Yes, that's a hentai tentacle coming out of the water. This episode meant to treat Japanese fetishes as horror, in case you didn't notice yet.

You even get to beat the crap out of KIRITO! He fucking deserves it!



Final boss first form. I had no idea what to do with his second form, but that doesn't matter anyway because I've given up on this weeaboo shit.

You're making yourself out to be quite an interesting character. In fact, when I think about it, you're probably trolling us. Not because you're a fan of anime or a "weeb," but because you want to troll us with fake death threats and joking about things like cancer, which is actually pretty uncalled for in all honesty. In all honesty, we anime fans DESERVE our bad reputation. We have earned it, and modern anime reflects the monsters we have become. We start cybernetic bloodbaths over which of the 200 girls in the series is going to marry the protagonist, and we keep asking the authors to put more and more fanservice and romance into their stories. Saint Seiya and Hunter x Hunter were awesome because they DID NOT HAVE those things! ...And then there's Naruto, which pandered to its massive Estrogen Brigade to the point that a Romantic Plot Tumor took over the entire story! (And don't get me started on the disappointment that was Sword Art Online). Yes, anime producers are being greedy by offering loads and loads of gratuitious fanservice, shitty romantic comedy and harems... but WHO asked them for it!? We anime fans did! We took the most awesome thing in the world and turned it into shit!!

There's nothing wrong with liking anime until you find yourself caught in the middle of a shipping war in the Naruto fandom and see your waifu repeatedly murdered in the shippers' fan art and videos! Then you start to see that EVERY anime that calls itself "harem" is actually designed to provoke shipping wars, which is what motivates the fandom to buy the manga or watch the anime. Otherwise, WHY would the protagonist be pressured to choose ONLY ONE girl in an anime that supposedly is for titillating male audiences? Naruto is the worst offender, as the author has confessed that he played with the pairings on purpose. Let me remind you, Naruto used to be a SHONEN anime! When did the pairings become so important IN A SHONEN STORY!?

Back in the 90's, anime was the most awesome thing in the universe, and for me that will always be the golden age. Nowadays, anime is way too full of "Die for our Ship" to the point the authors are actually abusing it.

...Okay, yes. I always overreact like this, even in real life. Maybe you never fell in love with an anime character, much less one as hated and loathed as Hinata. Try defending her! Try argumenting things like she deserves to be loved for her kindness and her VERY sad past, even if she's utterly useless in battle! After all, someone's ability (or inability) to fight should be absolutely irrelevant on whether someone deserves to be loved or not, right?

Not in the Naruto fangirls' minds! Apparently, in the Naruto world, a woman who can't win fights doesn't deserve to be loved, regardless of her personality! Sakura's pre-boss-battle lines in this episode say it all! I screenshot them, even! Amusingly, Madara Uchiha's mindset is exactly like that: "The weak are ugly", and it certainly reflects the Naruto fanbase's look on life.

And then you move away from Naruto only to discover that this mindset is spread everywhere! ¬_¬ Even in non-japanese cultures!
