Recently, SMBX:R has been shut down for reasons unknown to me. As some of you know, I was leading The Invasion 3 with other project moderators. Progress on it has been very slow lately, but we have a good start on the project. I'm wondering if the community would like to see the completion of this project or wouldn't really care if it was or wasn't completed. And I would like to know how many people would be willing to work on it so it can finally see completion. If I get enough replies saying that they want this project continued (and some of the users saying that would be willing to help make levels) I'll create a new TI3 forum myself. Please vote in the poll above and comment explaining why you voted. Thanks for your attention.

I'm planning to submit a level or two for the project, yes.

I'd like to join the development of this collaboration. I'm willing to make some levels if you accept me as a level designer for this game. If I'm in I'll maybe make 4-5 levels. It's sounds interesting. How do I join it anyway?

Yes, it should definitely be finished, since it's one of the unique moments we users can work together on levels for a common project.

I've heard many levels were lost after I quited the forums, so I won't give up until my name is engraved on one of the levels.

Yes, I like this project, I would help with some levels too, but I do not have much time available as well.

I would like to continue helping with this project, though I'll admit I have been inactive lately on that front.

from what i've seen it's not that "invasion-ish" episode like the other 2, the levels are there because they're levels, also there seems like there's no plot

You make a good point, the episode is a drastic leap from The Invasion 2 as it has much more custom content, but the original Invasion didn't have an in-depth plot either. That's not the point. The fun levels are. I think it should be a tad more vanillaish like the rest of the series, however.

Actually there is a plot, which is that Bowser was somewhat controlled by the King Boo or sort of, I really did not knew much about that, but I thought it was original and worth making so I tried to help out.

I want to make some levels. I'm not very good at making fortresses, but I'm pretty good at making bosses.

From what I saw of the levels in the revived forum, they seemed a lot more complex than the invasion 1 &2 levels. If you guys do intend to make TI3, make sure it has some of those simplistic, vanilla like charms that the first two had, instead of making all these complicated levels. Otherwise, just make it a standard collaboration episode.

Do I want this episode to continue? Of course. There's too much good levels and people to drop this.
Do I want "The Invasion 3" to continue? Not really. It just doesn't feel official without Redigit, maker of the original Invasions, around. Plus, it doesn't really feel like a "Invasion 1.3" is necessary past what's already with SMBX 1.3. SMBX hasn't REALLY evolved that much from 1.2

Well I don't think I will be helping with this project for a while. Regardless, I made a few levels and hope to someday return to helping this project.

Okay, so do you guys want to continue TI3 but change the name? Because I'd be willing to do that if that's what everyone wants.

I do agree that it's not much like the other invasions, and making it more classical is a good idea except that may be really hard to do at this point.

I would prefer a name change - it's not really our place to continue the Invasion series.

what i'm tryng to say is that bringing a 'dark theme' to the mario plot won't work, maybe it worked for Foroze (supposing that can be considered as a dark plot, but, hu, maybe not)
