It seems that when i try to open a world/project that has one of those fancy scrolling intros where images and text apear and where youre supposed to press up or down to exit at the end, it doesnt start and i get stuck on a black screen with a flickering mario in the corner. This happened in projects like the Maglx (make a good game level x) and I'm wondering if any people here know how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Save the level's hub or try to place player 1 and 2 in it and try again.

That didn't really help. Another thing i've noticed is that when i press esc while on the black screen i get the option to save and quit and when i press yes i get a message that says `Run time error 55, file already open'. I hope this extra information helps.

Where's the original hub level and the .wld data placed inside the SMBX Episode? Usually the .wld needs to be inside the SMBX Episode in order to read it ingame.

Check the intro's events and find the event that start it. Set it as auto start event. If this doesn't work then put some axes on the player start point that triggers on death the event that start everything. This should make sure the intro will start.

This can't really be the solution, because he can get to the intro just fine.

I've managed to fix it, all I needed to do was to start playing by opening lunaloader. It's weird because I didn't have luna loader before and yet it woirked just fine then. Still it works now that i use it so thanks for your help I guess.
