SMBX not running?

Hey guys!
I have tried to start SMBX by going to smbx.exe and clicking "Start Game". SMBX.exe dissapears but the game GUI does not appear. This has happened before and uninstalling then reinstalling has fixed this, but I tried that and it has not worked this time. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I recommend to you download SMBX LunaLua this time: http://www.smbxgame.com/forums/v ... =69&t=6973
Requires fewer resources to your computer and it definitely will run.

You just extract the contents of the zip into a folder of your choice. However, avoid putting it into Program Files, as that might cause issues.

UPDATE: Hey guys, I just tried LunaLua and that does not work either. Could it be a problem with the installation even though I reinstalled it? Thanks! Hey guys. Thanks for the idea of using LunaLua. It has an error saying using GDI renderer because OpenGL errored with "EXT_blend_minmax." This is probably because I had to delete my video driver to fix my VGA monitor. It then opens up the GUI again which glitches and closes, but the actual game does not open...

Have the same problem, but with different message error (http://i.imgur.com/PtqfJss.png). Please, respond if you have found any solution to the problem. If not, SMBX 1.2.2 will probably run on your computer. Obviously it has downsides, like less stuff on editor and community has no support to 1.2.2 episodes, so you wont be able to download any, which sucks.
