Option to toggle ALL profile features?

Under "Board preferences," you can only disable your avatar, and signature. There should be options for rank display, and medals since their layout is poorly implemented. People are starting to get 4 rows of medals, with their 200px tall avatar on top of their rank's height. I've disabled avatars, and signatures yet post boxes are still bloated to where I can only get 3 posts on screen at a time on a 1080p monitor; I usually get about 4 to 5 on other forums like NeoGaf and MC forums. Changing the board style also does nothing. Furthermore, seeing how the rank topic actually had to be locked I'm guessing for the second or third time now, just let people have control over what shows up on their profiles and what they can toggle/hide while browsing.

It doesn't look bad but I see what you mean. It's worse for the people who earned a lot of medals and all because I know I usually get about 2 to 3 posts a screen myself with a similar monitor. :/

There's no quick way for me to add an option to let users disable viewing of ranks and medals.

How is their layout poorly implemented?

The medals could be placed in a pop-up dialog box or even hidden in a toggle container (-+). However, I don't really see an issue with their current layout, they don't even take up much space so for me they are not a nuisance.
