Hey look! It's me again, back 2 years later with another level. After a nearly a month of occasionally working on this level I finally finished it once I was offered a copy of Undertale.
Sellout
Chill Out is a cave level that brings back the classic freeze/thaw gimmick. The level also features 5 dragon coins that you can optionally, and pointlessly, collect!
The level is essentially split into two, with everything before the checkpoint being focused on exploration and everything after the checkpoint being focused on standard linear platforming.

For now though, this level is easily one of the best levels I've seen focus almost entirely on its gimmick yet it never got stale. Easily one of my favorite cave-based levels so far.

It took me 2m 37s to complete the level as fast as I possibly could, and I made a few mistakes. I skipped everything, even mushrooms.

Chill Out review
Design & Gameplay: Great
+ This level is a good example of making a not repetitive level with only one gimmick. It's really fun, the design is great, true I noticed some bad stuff. The level has a fair length in my opinion. There were some clever puzzles implemented in the second half with the freezing water and freezing platform gimmick. The Ace coins are placed very cleverly too.
| This level may've had great gameplay, there were some minor flaws or slightly bad things. The second half is harder than the first half a bit more than necessary. The level also lacks of powerups a bit, you should place a bit more powerups.
- There are some missing water tiles in section 2. The platforming can also go unfair sometimes. The player can also get stuck if he/she grabs an ice cube and throws it into switch but like on the other side of the waterfall. (he/she will get stuck later on, not at that point)
Atmosphere & Visuals: Awesome
+ The level had a really good atmosphere. The music was fitting and there was a fair amount of decoration. There was no clash and I didn't find any cutoffs either. The atmosphere is just overall good job.
- The broken brick effect isn't correct, but I don't count this as a big flaw.
Score: 8/10
A great level with a cool gimmick but also with some flaws
Moved to 'Pretty Good'

Fixed, fixed and fixed.

Section 3 is supposed to be a bit hard, hence why it's a lot shorter than Section 1 & 2. I may have went a bit too far with the difficulty, though. It's pretty hard to tell.

What jumps? Occasionally the platforms in Section 3 can desync if you linger for too long, but they should sync up if you wait a few seconds.

It's a good level with a nice gimmick.
However the player can easily get stuck in Section 9, as the frozen ice is in the way.
