My review
I think this is a good level, and I would give it an overall score of: 7.25
Now for the reasons
gameplay: 9/10
Pros:
The hidden coin blocks in the clouds, where you had to find your way out.
The rising death bar
The battle against the big brick is interesting.
I like the part where you have to jump through the pirahna pipes.
The red coins
Things to improve upon:
In the part where the space diminishes as you go up, and the enemies follow you, you should've made it so that you had more space to jump up through the part of the last koopa.
Graphics and music: 6.5/10
Pros:
The smb3 npcs and tiles matched the smb tiles and npcs.
The music fit the adventure filled mood well
The space rocks, and the smb1 enemies went together well.
Things to improve:
The smw npcs and pipes didn't match the theme of the level, and the coins didn't match that well either.
You could've made the deathbar something else, like a storm of angry flying things.
The background with the terraria trees, and smb1 didn't quite go together.
The death skull that appears when you jump into a warp hole doesn't exactly fit the theme...
I hope this actually works as a legit review. :3

{Gameplay: 10Pts | Scenery/Music: 10Pts}
Gameplay:
5 out of 10
I'm scarred for life ... O_O
T- The portals.. ... ... x.x Kidding. ~
Anyway! This level was interesting because not only is it on the longer side but you constantly face death from that deathbar following close behind you as you continue jumping. To be honest yes there is a lot of jumping and it can and mostly likely will get repetitive but what I found was actually worth all the jumping. I don't wish to spoil it though. x3
I do feel enemy placement could be better. On some of the small cloud platforms there could be enemies on some to avoid and possibly add in a couple more red coins to dodge from. I will say the red coins upping the speed of the deathbar is also quite creative and the fact you just move up higher and higher is pretty nice. ~
However I do think that the following repetition unfortunately does dock a couple of point from the score overall, but this is by no means bad.
Scenery/Music:
4.5 out of 10 {1.5Pts Scenery | 3Pts Music}
The background is the coolest thing I noticed. I love how it turns from this forest environment to this tree and as you move up higher and higher you can even see space. However, there really is no scenery otherwise. It still feels a little barren and it becomes more apparent the higher you move. No other areas have any BGOs unfortunately I cannot justify any higher than a 1.5 in that respect.
Your music selection is nice in all areas and I have no issues with it. ^_^
Conclusion:
9.5 out of 20Pts {4Pts Overall {Rounded from 4.75}}
This level isn't bad in idea, and not terrible in execution, however .. there's just doesn't seem to be much here. I mean what's here is a good start but it feels empty. The secrets were a nice addition, but other than that I really cannot find myself trying to justify a higher score. ~
