Mario and Wario - Level 1 Tileset

Continuing with my theme of tilesets from SNES games nobody played...

Mario and Wario! A puzzle game released only in Japan! It's a really simple tileset, and the background loops kind of weirdly, but it still looks pretty nice!

I like the spikes, ladder, and special blocks a lot!

The background doesn't really fit, I don't know what Nintendo was thinking when they used that.

It's a checkerboard - it's a yellow recolor of the other tiles with a ? on it.

Oh, alright, I didn't see that the top left corner is that color as well.

Oh, look, another Mario game I never knew before.

That's a cute tileset. I like the blocks and the ladder the most, they're fitting for a Bonus Zone of some sorts. The background... meh, doesn't fit with the other things. A pretty good tileset, thanks a bunch. ^^
