I may have said i won't be able to work on Silver Mountain Rescue for a while, and that is because it will many levels, a complex plot, etc, plus along with the limited time i have due to events IRL.. so i figured... Why not make a simple
Mini-sode instead?
Hence the name "minisode", this episode will only have around 10 levels, give or take, and won't have very many events other than during Boss Battles.

[Plot]
Our very own Princess Peach, finds herself in Subcon once again, after 27 years. (SMB2 was made in 1988! :3) Only this time, her friends aren't with her to help, and apparently Wart and his henchmen is causing trouble again! Apparently Wart returned not too long after Peach and Co. left Subcon after defeating him back in '88, and has been causing more trouble ever since! Peach knew she shouldn't of left Subcon so soon after her last adventure there...

Protagonist: Peach
Antagonist: Wart, Birdo
Enemies: Shy Guys, Ninjis, Snifits, other SMB2 enemies, plus some new ones I'm going to add, like Fly Guys and Spear Guys
Allies: Subcon Fairies

This Minisode will also use Remixed Music from SMB2, plus another track i added for Wart's Castle at the end.
I also messed around with some of the features of Paint.net (Huge thanks to RudeGuy07 for suggesting it!), and tweaked most of the npc and block graphics i'll be using. I no longer have to work with pixelated graphics!

Ill have some more screenshots after i start with the level building. This Episode is currently in the "concept" stage

The sprites for Wart and Mouser look really bad. The black lines
are way too thick. Not much else I can say with the little bit of info provided.

I have to agree. I think you should use the sprite in the banner, to be honest. The level design looks fine, though.

Agree! I looked on banner first time and think sprites be so awesome... but

I can agree, Wart and Mouser don't look very good. It'll probably change soon, some of these sprites aren't final, just the product of me playing around with paint.net
