Problem with Mouser

I'm trying to make a GFX with SMB3 Bowser in a clowncar. But Mouser's jumping is making it look silly. Upper half of the clowncar detaches from bottom half and whole thing is flying upwards.
(Mouser/Bowser has been set to don't move, there is blocks under him to not make him fall, clowncar is a BGO and a Para-Koopa is controlling the movement)
Is there any way to make Mouser to not jump?
Sorry if there's not screenshots but i don't know how to post them or even take them in SMBX Level editor. Can I get help with that too?
