Fixed Hammer Luigi Falling Sprite

Before you say "how is it incorrect", let me show you:
Yup. It's inconsistent with the rest of Luigi's falling frames, as well as Hammer Mario's.
Let's fix that:

Yeah, I have no idea why this wasn't fixed in 1.3.0.1 OR the LunaLua version; it's easy to spot if your playing as Luigi. But now it's fixed. Enjoy!
