I downloaded some SMW songs but they are all in PKCS 7 format, i would like to change them to mp3 or mp2.

Download Winamp. And search how to rip them.

Yeah, he asked how to convert them, not to rip Suckerman. I use Free Audio Converter to convert my music.

Is this actual music from SMW itself? If so, try to find the SPC files for the music (this, maybe?), and then use Super Jukebox to play them and convert them to MP3.

I downloaded Free Audio Converter and when i convert the music it makes some weird noise that overlaps the original music.

That's strange, it never happened to me. Try to use the converter Joey suggested then.
