I've reported many posts over my lifetime in the SMBX community. Nearly all of them are rule violations and a lot of them often get dealt with as soon as possible. I appreciate this, but there's one thing that I don't get that is in the report pane:
There's an option, presented as a radio button, that asks to notify me if the report has been dealt with or not. I've not known what it actually does, but I assume it PMs me when it's been dealt with. I haven't even touched it when I reported a post just now in the Sandbox forum (it was advertising) and whenever I know a report has been dealt with, I don't get notified even though I checked the button.

What does "Notify me" even do?

This button notifies you via e-mail if that report has been dealt with so basically you have to check on your e-mails to get your answers.

Rather than making an entire thread about it, couldn't you have just found out yourself?

Hang on...oh wait I actually didn't think about googling it. You may feel free to lock this as I now have my answer.

You didn't even have to Google it - you could've just tried it or messaged a staff member about it.
