Invading the Communist Town (Please don't judge this game based on the title.)
Background story:
Welcome to a new town! Here is where everyone gets to feel equally rich and fair at the same time. But we all know that some people don't like to be fair, so some of the new visitors may want to make everything unfair just to win all the cash. Aside from that, we hope that you enjoy your stay!
Said the news that no one watches.
13 players
Ballot Box game
Quoting(or forwarding) the ENTIRE ROLE PM(that I gave out) isn't allowed. You can however state your role in a PM.
Role reveals upon death(unless if marked and killed)
Lynch Majority(insta lynch can occur)
Insta-Lynches can occur, Knife-the-box can also occur
Most people starts with 100 cash(no they're fake), dies at 0 cash. The maximum amount of cash a player can hold is usually 150(The insurance is 250, the mayor is... don't ask. And the Item seller is 300). Mafia and the Thief's maximum cash amount can change depending on how the mayor dies.
NOTE: All living blue roles gain 50 cash upon lynching a non-green/blue role(it was 25 before but since the mafia seems to easily regain money more than the blue roles...) Gains 25 cash instead of 50 if the mayor dies.
The Capitalists Invadors(MAFIA)
These people are the haters of whoever made the laws of this town. Basically, they just want to get everyone else that won't submit to them off of this town, and claim this land and turn it to what they can call it... A capitalist town.
Every night, they can decide who to invade(no, not picking on someone's wallet) and steal all of their money. Most of the money goes to the capitalist gangster group, while each living member gains 25 cash. However, if the Burglar is killed, the reward for successfully killing someone will only be 25 cash to ONE of the mafia member(they will then have to agree on who gets the cash if there's still 2 alive). If the mayor get invaded, all living mafia members maximum cash will go from 150 to 200, and their wallets will be maxed out(well, only for the day when the mayor gets invaded). Also, the Burglar will gain a special ability.
Disguised House Owner(GodFather): Has a special talent of making illusions with the material he has, but it all comes with a price. Every night he can decide whether to cardflip
green for 25 cash for a night, until he has 25(or less) cash remaining. Alternatively, he can spend 50 on materials to mark a target, which stays on for a night/day cycle(the same target can't be marked twice). If the marked target dies, the role won't be revealed. The investigators(or the cops/sheriffs) will then see that this house is basically normal. Cardflips red in general. Starts with 150 cash.
The Dancer's House: Dances to please a target, but has to pay 25 cash to find another unique dance in a website(dont know anything about it) to please the target, causing that person to be role-blocked. Alternatively, she can use 50 cash to make someone get so happy that the target will be silenced(yes, that person will gain the money also, but that person will be so happy that half of the cash is lost). Cardflips red. Starts with 100 cash.
The Burglar's House: Even as a basic mafia role, if he's alive, he can either gain 25 cash after successfully stealing someone's money(the money stolen comes from the group's target, this person can't do a seperate attack) or give that 25 cash to one of his allies. Starts with 100 cash.
IF THE MAYOR DIES BY THE MAFIA: The Burglar will gain a one-time only ability throughout the game where he can separately kill someone(money won't save people from a gun) with a one-shot gun.
The Communist townspeople(TOWN)
These people are just those regular people(mostly regular) that follows the law, despite the fact that they don't like it. They will try to take out those that will abuse the law of this town, no matter what costs them.
The Sheriff's House: He's one of those people who are serious with their job. He's only here for the money, so he's immune to role blocks ONLY if he tries to go for finding out someone's role.(because, he feels like 25 cash is nothing since he gains that same amount(though it does stack up high)). Sadly, his police job isn't giving him money until he tracks down one of the no good baddies. Checks someone's color for 25 cash during the night, or once throughout the entire game, spend 75 cash to understand his target's role. He is careful with his stuff, so he is immune to getting his wallet picked on. Starts with 150 cash. Cardflips blue.
The Insurance Employee's House(Doctor): Every night, this employee can either give 25 cash or 50 cash to someone. This cash won't be applied to being stolen if a invader targets that person(so for example, mafia targets person A. Person B hands in 50 dollars to Person A. Person A will get 0 cash, but will gain 50 cash back, so he won't die). This revive won't apply to the "Fake Book." Alternatively, once throughout the entire game, the employee can send cash to two different people. He protects his wallet from those that picks, so he is immune to getting his wallet picked on. Starts with 250 cash. Cardflips blue.
Mysterious Mailer's House(Penguin): Message someone anonymously(PM me what and who to say) once per night, at the cost of 10 cash(for shipping and handling). Alternatively, the mailer can use 50 cash to create a "Fake Book," and send it to his target. Starts with 100 cash. Cardflips green.
The Mayor: The richest guy in the whole town. Nobody likes him since he gets all the cash. However, he does have a "better" side of himself. Twice throughout the entire game, he will feel generous and give in 100 cash to his target.
He also knows what is in the ballot box, but can't tell who submitted it. Alternatively, once throughout the entire game, he can change one the day's voting system into a regular lynch system(however, this has to be done via PM in the night phase) OR can keep it the same lynching system, but knows who voted for who(on that day only... I'll extend the day depending on if this person reads it late. Though I won't extend it forever until it is read). However, even though he is the "richest guy in the town," his protection level is below 0. That being said, one mafia invasion(or one hack) means game over(so, he can't be protected, he can't gain money from his town, he's just dead meat if attacked). Though he is immune to getting killed by having his wallet get picked on. Cardflips blue.
Regular House(Townsperson) x3: These people are just regular workers. Their income is equal to the tax that they have to pay everyday, so they gain nothing from their work. Around the night, they can go to a shelter and stay safe from invasions(this does not include hack immunity) for 50 cash. Also, once throughout the game, they can send 25 cash to someone DURING THE DAY, but that person has to gain cash(from anyone) first in order to give cash to someone. This cash giveaway won't save them if they get invaded in the night, unfortunately. Starts with 100 cash. Cardflips green.
The Retired Murderer's House(Miller): He's known to do bad things before, but people still thinks that he still does it. Thinks he's just a regular Townsperson. He can kill someone for 125 cash since he still wants to get a few last taste of murdering before he retires being a killer... and to become a regular Townsperson again. Though the store that sells him the supplies is running out of bullets, so he can only kill 3 people(separately, so total cost is 250) throughout the game. He can also take shelter for 50 cash(like a regular Townsperson). He's already listed for murdering someone in the past, so he cardflips red. This also means that if he shoots a green/blue role, he will have all of his items that can be "dangerously used" taken away(so he can't use his gun) and tax him whenever he has more than 25 cash(no shelter). His vote counts as 2 until he shoots a green/blue role(then is 1 vote count), and he also cardflips
RED. Starts with 150 cash. Wins tie against Mafia only.
Other Houses(Third Party)
All they care for is the money. They don't care if he ruins someone's life, or the town. They only wants to benefit themselves.
Item Seller's House: Every day, he can visit someone and sell items to that person. Such items include: "Fake Book," "The Bomb," and "Illusional Colors." Each costs 50 cash, which if the person spends, you gain the 50 cash. Your goal is to basically sell items until you have enough to move out of town. Starts with 100, Goal is to reach 300. However, if you do reach the goal, you won't be able to do anything since you'll be getting out of town and return to your home. Anyways, this person is immune to night kills, hacks(because he doesn't have a bank account), and the "0 Cash" death(he also can't get less than 0 cash). Though you know that your money can get stolen by hand though. Cardflips Orange.
The Thief's House: Everyday, this picker picks on 2 people's wallet, and steals 50 cash. That being said, if he only picks on one person's wallet, he will steal 100 cash from that person. Alternatively, after the first night passes, he can hack into a person's bank account and destroys all of its money(but sadly, his hacking skills aren't great enough to steal all of it, except the mayor). Starts with 125 cash, maximum amount is 150. HOWEVER, if he hacks the mayor, he will find out that the mayor's account has that much money, try to do his best on stealing it(and succeeding), which then he will gain his full potential... If he does, his future targets after hacking the mayor will be hacked instead of being picked on(because, he no longer needs to worry about being poor in cash). Cardflips orange, but if the mayor is hacked, he Cardflips green.
GOALS:
Town: Kick out the Mafia and the Thief.
Mafia: Outnumber the town and kick the Thief out.
Thief: Bankrupt everyone's money in the town.
Item Seller: Reach 300 cash.
ITEMS:
The Fake Book:
What a interesting book you got there! Or is it!?
This book may look real, but actually has 50 cash inside! If you reach 0 cash, you'll gain back 50 cash and not die due to the tax thing... However, the fake book's illusion can only work once, so the second time this occurs, you'll die instead. Basically, the illusion only works once.
The Bomb
Tick... Tick... Yeah, not this joke again.
You can place one bomb at a time at someone's house, which the person will then be notified that something "creepy" is at their house! After a 2 day/night cycle has passed, the bomb will explode and kill the person. However, you have to be alive if you want it to go boom! Well, I did forgot to mention that it's a manually weak bomb, which takes quite a while to heat up.
Illusional Colors
Oh, it's this favorite color thing again.
You can change the color of yourself on either green, red, blue, or orange, which the effects only stay for a night. Some side effects include cold sore, dizziness, tiredness, and in some cases, death(in a imaginary way).
DISCLAIMER: Probably unbalanced in some sort of way.
Aside from that, this game wasn't made to show that I hate communism/captialism(it's something about history, not going deep into this topic). Basically, I just wanted people to take risks, whether it is to spend your last 25 cash(and die, of course) to save someone else or block someone.
I'll give out a hint or tip when I send out role PMs. Though quoting role PM isn't allowed in this game.

Actually, this game is pretty well balanced as far as I can tell, and I also think that the concept is really cool. I like how you made all abilities cost money, it's a pretty good way to implement money. Approved.
