But Orochimaru, what did caused the Run time error to occur?
You've got decimals in your NPC codes. They don't work on European computers, so don't use them.
Orochimaru, check the .txt file for npc-78, and change the speed to 0, instead of 0.00, because that was causing it. That will hopefully fix your problem.

That npc code was made with the NPC editor which I'm not sure why it uses decimal speeds when it shouldn't be used.

Why do I keep getting last place? What am I doing wrong?
Also, I'll release the level with the following changes:
1. Vines will be changed into bgos!
2.The boss will have better timed events.
3.Since I am starting to learn how to make custom sprites, the Arowana will be changed into a SMB3 like cheep cheep Arowana.
4.The MB death will not only be timed perfectly, but the drop will be changed into the one similar to the old Phanto boss.
5.Invisible blocks during the moving ghost house part.
6.The HP with the Hammer Bro. will last longer!
7.Adding an extra bonus area to fill the blank unused section (Where you can switch your character into Mario/Luigi/Toad).
8.Villagers will have less of their body be shown and the female Villager will give you a 1up upon her defeat.
9.Mushroom blocks will no longer spawn Hammer bros. and enemy spam will be decreased!
10.The difficult to avoid blocks are now a moving layer since the invisible firebar wasn't a good idea for that one.
11.Some of the black bgos in the small cutscene will be removed in order to show the face that was meant to appear.
12.The door will be changed into a small pathway that the player will be forced to go through.
I though that it was a cool gimmick to add the hidden warps there to make finding the bonuses a little more challenging.
@MECHADRAGON777: Really? I must have forgotten to put the music file in there...

Could you pm me this level. I could reevaluate it for you, but it won't affect the contest result.

I did not list everything wrong with the level! I could not stand the level enough to even try to beat it. After I beat the boss, I still died due to the fact the thing was still their, and after I hit the swap mushroom, it kicks you into the wall with and the black foreground comes down! In all honesty, if the controls were not locked, I would of been stuck...
