NPC follow Player

Is it possible to make NPC follow a player?

Select any kind of winged koopa/goomba click advanced and select "chase"

Bully, the green Spiny egg and Lakitu also follow the Player.

A little less functionality would be SMB3 Larry Koopa's Shell and SMW Ludwig von Koopa's Shell but it is better to choose any kind of winged AI to 'Chase' or use SMB3 Green Spiny Egg, SMB3 Lakitu, SMW Lakitu, SMW Kamikaze Koopa (Rainbow/Flashy Shell) and Misc. Bully.
