I call 'em custom because it's not only just a mere
blue recolor, it also a little more in it (one that isn't in the screenshot) and I call it "underwater" because everything is supposed to be drowned yet you can walk freely around as you can see
right here.

I'm not too fond of the intense ultramarine blue.

I don't know but that blue/green grass tileset in the screenshot didn't look very well to the eye, especially the blue portion.
Nonetheless, I appreciate your effort but into this.

Well that's how I recolored from background, tileset and background objects overall into one mess... oh well. If there's more issues, I'd probably gonna change it but for now on I don't see a problem with it so far.

Nice. Glad you like 'em. Everything you see in the screenshot is included in the download link and there's also one NPC that isn't in the screenshot and that is a SMW blue Spiny replacing SMB3 Spiny.

I probably look further into it at the future but for now on I'll stay. Thank you for your feedback anyway. Very appreciated.

saturation should be toned down a bit, but other than that, it looks good.

The strong blue color you used on the grass doesn't quite look good to me, but other than that it's great!
