Whenever i'm on the chat people act rude and say stuff like:
Vinyl: Whats a Supermario12345?
Emerl: Never heard of it
Vinyl: Me either

This is annoying me and i want it to be stopped.
You said in the rules to respect the staff and others but this isn't respect what should i do?
