If they're deleted like that after the upgrade from your previous Windows to Windows 10, you basically have to recreate it by yourself after the accidental deletion or whatever happened during the upgrade.
Guess you have to deal with the whole situation unless they're moved or something. You can search for these files in your windows browser to discover 'em.

Sorry about your level loss. This never happened to me when I upgraded to 10. There is nothing we can do about it though.

Greatful tip: Make sure you store your necessary files into your external harddrive like database that you can pretty much store all of your work to prevent from further dataloss once your actual harddrive malfunctions or something relative to your PC like a virus or so... can be anything.
