I would assume so.
Also, why are you allowing LunaLua? If some of the judges don't have it then it'll be harder for them to judge the levels, and also the guys with LunaLua will be at an advantage over the others.

Agreed. Sometimes participants whom used LunaLua may not execute the gimmick properly in a level .

You need programming skills to use it, and some people can't be bothered to learn programming just to use LunaLua.

There are 2 ways:
Judge it with the normal smbx
Judge it with the luna one

I already said using doesn't give extra points as it's mostly just changes in the noc behavior also.

Also it's idk the first time a contest allows that besides Talkhaus. And i don't see people there talking about disadvantages. There are ones that use it and others don't but it's all set up fair.

Okay. Are there real advantages? Just because you use LunaLua your level doesn't become magically good, you have to use it right.

Keep in mind you don't have to use Lua for your level. If you can't be bothered to learn it, don't use it. I'm probably not gonna use it either bc I'm lazy, but I don't see myself at a disadvantage. Yes, Lua allows for more gimmicks, but the level still has to be good at its core.
