Here is my first Tileset I've made, ever, they are version 2 as version 1 wasn't that great.
Also, someone told me that they wanted them brighter. If you like them, download them...

Well, you could go into what makes it good, or what he could have done to make it better? Honestly, if you're just gonna one-word post like that, then just don't post unless you have more to say, because posting like that is against the rules.

Posting that its awesome lets the creator know that their creation was of quality, but thanks for telling me

If I'm to be totally honest, this doesn't look very much like an ice tileset. It looks more to me like the floor of a hotel/casino level. I would suggest looking at some other grass, cave, or snow tilesets for reference to make more organic-looking ground.
