Anyone know what to serve those white boxes in PGE Editor, please?

They basically have no purpose... that's enough information to have.

It is not a problem. There are a free space in the world map Tile tileset, because all tiles presented here as cells inside a table. Some cells are unused and not filled, therefore ignore that

Or you want to fill them with something to use them? Just edit wld_tiles.ini file in your config pack
