Heck yeah!~ I've heard and witness google plus being the worst thing that happened to the internet, and you don't need it for youtube anymore either.
Thoughts?

As long as they add a feature which allows users to give their channel a username regardless of view/subscriber count. I don't mind the use of just a channel ID (which would allow for for foreign screen names to be used), but I thought the rule requiring users to have a 500 subscriber minimum to add a username was dumb.

Does this mean my YouTube username is finally going back to youtube.com/user/username?

Thank goodness. I never actually used Google+ but for changing my profile picture and username. Even so, I thought Google+ was a stupid idea. You could only share videos and commentate on them. That's all you do. That's why I like that it's being disbanded.

The whole thing was dumb to begin with. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did.

The only thing I really care about is being able to have normal YouTube accounts again.

Burn, Google+... burn...

I'm not sure about that but well, I can still access to Google+ and to me it isn't exactly useless since I can share videos over there aswell and also other stuff but yeah, I rarely use it.

I couldn't believe it when I first saw it. I'm happy, because it was really annoying and everything but not good. I didn't really use it aside from youtube, so burn G+, burn!
(I hope they'll remove the copyright bullshit too)
