I run SMBX then happened this error

Could you be more specific? Did this error occur at startup or while the engine was running?

This error seems pretty far as I can tell. Did you something changed on your PC before the Error Window appeared? Was that error made for SMBX or something else...

Its an Invalid picture Error, He must have meant Error 481, The graphics (tilesets) itself has too many bytes and it is because there are too many colours or something similar together. Make sure you have every graphics (blocks and tiles) does not take a lot of bytes or the SMBX cannot handle with it.
SMBX Can't Handle GFX's over 4KB
