Because it said "The operation timed out." and I can't use the chat, maybe it is broken?
I ran this on google chrome.

Oh wait I still can't go to the chat, because it said "Unable to resolve the server's DNS address.".

Server takes too long to respond to your request
-Server could be temporarily unavailable
-Your pc might not be able to connect to the internet
-Maybe there's a proxy blocking this

You have to try it a couple of times then it works. But it's only on webchat it doesn't happen on clients. Another good reason to have a client hehe.
