Just look at this: Also, KottNet didn't loading too.

Here's a list of what I was doing:
1)I was talking like always.
2)Then I decided to leave the chat (I leave it).
3)Then, for some reason, I decided to visit it again, but when I clicked "Chat", a tab appears (like in the screenshot) and nothing just happend...

I trying to restart my computer, but it doesn't working. Maybe that's because of the my internet connection, or something else?

You should be able to find something like "Internet Options" and then "Delete Temporary Internet Files", or you can do so through the Disk Cleanup Wizard in Control Panel.
