Hi all, i need help with this, im making an episode and i want to know how to make graphics like this:

I Tried with Photoshop and Paint, nothing, please i need this

Well ty for reply, but i don't want to download them, i want to know HOW to make them, step by step, if there's any filter with photoshop, idk.
