I write a lot of music for a game project I'm working on. I've been doing this for several years now, so here is some of it. I don't upload everything, but I upload pretty frequently.
That's about it. If you're curious, I do all my arranging in OpenMPT. 95% of the time I use synth1 and/or Kontakt Player for instruments. The other 5% of the time I use random free VSTs / samples if I'm looking for something very specific.

Excellent work Ace, hopefully it will raise awareness to our movement and one day Mario will be everybody's priority again. Shigeru Miruamo would be proud.
