OK, so I'm trying to log in to the SMBX Wiki using my forum username and password, but I get this message which kicks me out every single time:
How do I get round this and log in to the SMBX Wiki? I'm trying to make a page for the TGCA Remake but this message is annoying me every single time.

Others also you not alone with that.

I'm going to try upgrading the wiki software and if that doesn't work then I'm just going to close the wiki.

Actually, regardless of whether or not it works, I'm going to close the wiki anyway. If we're going to have something like a wiki, we need it to be organized and staffed a lot better.

Have you closed it already? Because it's throwing up a message MediaWiki can't be found.

I don't really see why you want to close it. Well yes, the main page should be updated more, but the rest... It does have some useful information even if it is not a lot.

Even after the update I'm still affected by this bug.

Did you create an account on the wiki before I configured it to use your forum usernames/passwords?

And are you sure your wiki username isn't "Castlewars"?

I don't remember. All I remember is trying to log in all the time using my forum username and password (if I were using something else it would flag it up as an incorrect username) and I've even tried it as "Castlewars" but to no avail.

OK, sorry for the double post, but I'm still affected by this issue. As well as this, it's preventing me from getting three medals that are related to the SMBX Wiki. Has anyone found a fix yet?

It's probably some sort of bug with the authentication system that I use to connect the wiki to the forums. It'd be best to just start over anyway.

Also, you shouldn't be so concerned about medals.

What do you mean by "start over"? Are you referring to making a new account just to use the wiki?

I mean I'm going to start the wiki over at some point. We'll save the pages that are good but I'll probably reinstall the software and stuff.

Let's hope it fixes that bug.

OK, is the bug fixed? Because I've tried to log in using my name as of now (Linik), and it works wonders. However, when I edit a page, it freezes and then the connection times out.

I haven't restarted the wiki yet.

So basically that bug won't be fixed until the wiki is restarted then...
