Night Time Super Mario Bros 3 Or SMW

Hi I'm new here and it is nice to be on this website! I was wondering if anyone knows a full time night time hack or if someone can make one? With super mario bros 3 with it? I've been trying to find one forever but no night time hacks exist..

Idk IMO there are enough nighttime backgrounds, so if you wanted to, you could make one. Nighttime is considered an atmospheric undertone around here, much like sunset, which is often used to give certain levels in a world a different and more sinister feel than others. If everything was nighttime, it'd be nothing special. Therefore nobody has done it yet.
