I'm sorry, but your post isn't quite clear. I'll assume that you're asking for a guide to make custom NPCs. That can be found on this subforum: SMBX NPC Code List. For the other part, there's plenty of resources online (especially outside of this forum) with regards to pallete tutorials.

This is a "Help and Support" subforum for SMBX, and based on what I've read, it seems that you're requesting rather than asking about/sharing information regarding the SMBX engine. So I'll lock this.
