Minimalistic Neon Tileset Request

Hey there, this is my first time requesting something, and unfortunately it's a bit out of the norm as far as requests go. Essentially, I would like to recreate the effect of a level from Within a Deep Forest, with minimalistic neon lines.

So basically, I would like 9 tiles for each color, red, yellow, turquoise, and purple. The blocks are essentially just completely transparent except for the outer edges, so there's one where the bottom is a line, one where the right is a line, one where the top is a line, one where the left is a line, then one for each 'corner' piece, then one 'center' piece where all four edges are colored. I don't care what it overwrites, and I'm sorry for the big request, but I hope it's doable. The concept is fairly minimalist, so it shouldn't be too difficult to make the actual graphics at least.

There's turquoise, lime, magenta, and purple in here I think:

While excellently done, and likely to be useful in other aspects such as NPCs, enjl's neon set all has multiple lines rather than the single one I need, otherwise it would look absurdly cluttered and terrible. That was the first place I looked though.

You know, if you're including the "center" piece, I think this could necessitate 15 tiles for each color. You may have four three-sided pieces, and you may have two narrow pieces (one with the top/bottom, and one with the left/right).

Okay, after figuring out more of how to work smbx, I ended up just creating the tileset myself. I'll hopefully be using it in the MaGLX:tLL contest over in the talkhaus, so if it works out, you can see it over there.
