Replaces SMB1 Bowser's Castle BG

Remember to replace the underscore with the hyphen in "background2_41.gif".

A perfect background for ice levels.

I see. Well, if it was made after the New SMBX CGFX Pack was released, I can see why it wasn't there. But I used to have Red Yoshi's Version of the CGFX Pack when I had the desktop that had Windows XP. And yet, I haven't noticed it because I downloaded the pack before I got to a period of 2 years without public works. So it has to be made in a later version of the pack. If SuperMario7 made this, why I didn't checked in his episode's files before?

It is in the NSMBX gfx pack, but in the Smb3 section for some reason.

I should move it to the Sonic section, thanks, I didn't notice that.

You could always do it without the floating pieces of ice on the bottom, and it would still look good.

That gave me the idea to one day put some actual sprited glaciers down there. But I doubt it would look good since it'd look pretty dang barren. The only way Ice Cap's background would work if the ice floes had the Mode 7 scrolling effect.
