How to start level?

I know this may sound like a noob question, but I started this game yesterday. I noticed the level editor, and I love it, however whenever I start the level, there'll be a black screen. Also, is there a limit to how long the level can be?

I think there's no limit how long level can be, only the limit of objects.

Problem how to get started with SMBX? Press F1 while you're in the level editor to get a brief instructions of how to get to work with SMBX.
