Select Full Installation, base game SMBX 1.3.0.2. Include base game is for when you need graphics, worlds, and sound. I'm pretty sure the .exe is included either way.

SMBX 1.3.0.2 has not been officially released. If it is, you'll know - there will be an announcement made (just like there is one now for 1.3.0.1) and the website will be updated.
