Can someone fill me in?

I can't remember very well, but the last time I remember the official SMBX forum being open is at least three years ago. Then it got closed (something about nintendo and copyright, idk) and everyone just either gave up on SMBX or moved to Knux's forum. I used to be active on Knux96's forum in 2013, but I eventually quit.

Today I got curious and googled "SMBX forum" and I ended up here. Can someone tell me what happened and what led to this forum being reopened?

Oh, are you the other Knux that used to come around when 96 still went by Knuckles96? That's cool, glad to see you back.

Redigit's forum closed in 2010, TrekWeb (which is where I remember you from) closed in 2011, and at the end of the 2013 the community migrated here and has been here ever since.

Yep, that's me. I also used to go by Karate Koopa at some point. Honestly I'm surprised someone remembers me, I wasn't really that active

Anyway, thanks for the info. I actually thought Redigit's forum closed way later than 2010 (same with TrekWeb), but turns out I can't remember as well as I thought.

This forum was built to replicate the old forums and create a stable home for SMBX as a program and community.
